Job Description: Case Manager / Customer Service Advisor Reference BG803 Salary: £18,000 plus bonus (Salary rises to £20,000 once training is complete) A Case Manager / Customer Service Advisor is sought to join this probate administration service. The main purpose of the role is to resolve queries from clients by liaising with clients, solicitors, organisations and third parties confidently and efficiently on the phone and in writing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to develop their career path, this company offers a fast track in career development. After the initial training your course your salary will rise to £20,000 (3 - 6 months from starting the job) You will then go on to complete a diploma which means that your earning potential will be £40,000 and you will then be given the option to become a Team Leader, Legal Executive, Sales Manager or any other position to suit your aspirations within this 300 people strong business. The organisation is leading the way with their pricing philosophy by providing their clients with a transparent fixed fee service, and also offers free bereavement advice to help with the practical issues after a death. Responsibilities: - Management of customer cases, including general client queries and resolving complaints - Liaison with clients, solicitors, organisations and third parties, both on the telephone and in writing - Answering incoming calls from potential new clients, as well as existing ones - Working to strict deadlines and adhering to service level agreements - Proactively making outbound calls to clients for regular updates and to follow up on queries - To assess and review probate cases, making decisions regarding requirements The new Case Manager will join the in house Training Academy for a period of 5-6 weeks for the first stage of learning and training. This followed by a further period of coaching, support and regular reviews to ensure that you are fully trained with the skills required to represent the company on the front line of Customer Service. This is a challenging, varied and fast paced position which would suit someone who has Case Manager / Customer Service experience. As a Case Manager / Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining a company who prides themselves on their human approach and their professional, confidential service.
