Job Description: A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Customer Service Assistant to join one on UK's leading FTSE100 organisations. Working within a large team you will be first point of contact for staff and managers within the company, through various communication methods, and you will work as an integral member of the HR and Payroll teams ensuring the highest quality of information and administration support to managers and staff. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Minimum 1 years experience of working in a telephone contact centre Ability to investigate and resolve complex queries/issues and Excellent computer and database skills. Excellent customer Services Experience including complaint handling Good Written and Spoken communication skills. Good Numerical Skills. Good customer focus with the ability to effectively communicate clearly verbally and via written mediums. Ability to organise workload effectively.
