Job Description: Currently seeking an experienced Area Manager (Work Based Learning) to cover the Oxfordshire / North Hampshire / Surrey area! Salary: £30,000 + Company Vehicle / Mileage / Equipment to perform the role / Generous Holiday Entitlement Location: Oxfordshire / North Hampshire Our client, a large successful Training Organisation, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager (Work Based Learning) to cover the North Hampshire / Oxfordshire / Surrey area. The Role · To manage and support a team of NVQ Assessors and Team Leaders across the above geographical areas · Ensure the team are meeting agreed targets and objectives (New starts and Completions) · Staff training / induction · Staff reviews / standardization · Recruitment and retention · Team Meetings · Carry out marketing and business development activities in order to promote the company services · Sales visits / Presentations · Market research · Provide senior management team with monthly reports and financial data · Attend LSC meetings and workshops · Liaise with Directors / External Verifiers and Lead Internal Verifiers Criteria Must hold a minimum of 2 years Management experience Hold a recognised Management Qualification Knowledge and experience within the Training Industry (Work based learning) Hospitality knowledge and experience (Desirable) Excellent motivational skills Assessor / Verifier Awards (Desirable) Benefits include: Company Vehicle (following probation period) / Mileage / Equipment to perform the role / Generous Holiday Entitlement
