Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace Opportunity Hampshire £26,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking for a challenging new role? The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer are as follows: *Manufacturing & assembly of electromechanical products for leading Aerospace & Aviation companies globally *Analysis of current processes and driving improvements using problem solving & continuous improvement activities *Drive cost and waste reduction through lean manufacturing tools *Support multiple product ranges across a wide customer base *Work with the New Product Introduction & Machining teams when needed to support other functions across the site To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills/experience: *Strong manufacturing background within a mechanical / electromechanical environment *Aerospace, Automotive, Precision Machining experience *Strong problem solving skills *Ability to read engineering drawings *Ability to multitask *Lean manufacturing experience is beneficial *CNC machining experience is beneficial using CAD/CAM software The successful Manufacturing Engineer will receive a competitive salary and have the chance to work in a very reputable aerospace engineering company.
