Job Description: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER We are Europe's leading distributors & specialists within the Commercial Laundry equipment sector. Due to continued growth and in order to strengthen our established teams, we now have the opportunity for Field Service Engineers to join us and who CURRENTLY RESIDE within the following specific areas; Banbury/Oxford (Oxon) Brighton (Sussex) Edinburgh (Scotland) Enfield (Hertfordshire) Hereford (Herefordshire) Kings Lynn (Norfolk) Based from home, you will undertake the service & repair of electrical-mechanical equipment within our clients premises. You will be customer focused, flexible & self-motivated with a strong sense of problem solving & ownership. Able to complete relevant paperwork efficiently (via laptop) and responsible for maintaining all van stock levels to ensure a high first time fix rate. In addition to a full UK driving licence, the ideal candidate will possess; A background & understanding of electronic/electrical-mechanical faultfinding Preferably a City & Guilds level or higher certification in electrical/electronics Customer facing exposure Commercial laundry or domestic appliance/white goods industry experience an advantage (but not essential) ACS Gas accreditation would be an advantage (but not essential) The successful candidates will receive in-depth training and an opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding company, whilst the remuneration package includes; £30,000 to £45,000 OTE (on taget earnings) A competitive basic salary of £23-28,500 Work related bonus up to £7000 Paid overtime Fully expensed company van Full quality tool kit Workwear & associated benefits Interested?
