Job Description: Our client is a Treasury Solutions company which specialise in providing foreign exchange transactions and risk management to corporate clients. As a Graduate Business Developer you will be trained in the Financial Markets, including macroeconomics, foreign exchange, sales techniques, and presentation skills. You will be targeted to win new clients and are expected to be promoted between 6-12 months to become an FX dealer. This is an ideal entry level role into the Financial Markets. Role Responsibilities * Source new corporate clients with a FX requirement * Develop a database of leads/prospects segmented by industry sector and FX exposure * Attend exhibitions, networking events who present the company's services * Prepare sales pitches by phone to understand the clients requirements and where required arrange appointments for senior colleagues * Provide regular feedback on market information and competitors services and rates Candidate Requirements ESSENTIAL * Recent graduate, with a passion for the Financial Markets and Sales * Cold calling or telesales experience from any industry * Up to date with current affairs and basic financial knowledge * Professional and driven to succeed in a competitive environment Desired * Financial sales experience, (although full training will be provided) *Experience in Banking, Financial or Insurance environment
