Job Description: Head Chef required for Multi Award winning gastro pub & restaurant based in Cheshire Job Description As Head Chef you will take complete control of the kitchen, menus, stock control, costing?s, alongside your daily kitchen duties. We represent the adaptation of Modern British and French cuisine which will suit your creative flair. Excellent communication skills with the proprietor are essential, but you will be given freedom to express your passion and ability. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hardworking, be able to cope under pressure. Experience Required A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
