Job Description: Warehouse Stock Controller / Manager Avonmouth £25,000 - £30,000 FP/9970/AB Our Client is a market leader in national and international distribution of consumer products and has an exciting opportunity in the Bristol area for a WAREHOUSE STOCK CONTROLLER / MANAGER Managing a team of 2 this role is for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in STOCK CONTROL and ADMINISTRATION. Targeted with the achievement of stock accuracy within our clients busy warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring that perpetual stock counting targets are achieved, that trends are identified and that processes are continually adhered to. You will be tasked with the day to day booking in of all stock purchase orders from our suppliers. Attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting discrepancies is key in ensuring the integrity of stock on intake. You will also be required to support the warehouse management team during busy periods. The successful candidate will be passionate about achieving inventory targets and ensuring customer service levels are achieved. They will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work alone when required. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational skills and are willing to learn along with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively. Recent experience of working with ERP and WMS systems is mandatory and experience of working with Epicor WMS would be a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working as a Stock Controller/Manager within an FMCG environment is essential.
