Job Description: Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer - Cyber Security Company Fleet, Hampshire £30,000 - £35,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits We are a cyber security company with expertise in providing secured networks, including secure remote access, secure wired and secure wireless networks. Please review the responsibilities and skills requirements, we will be interviewing in February for at least 2 positions. Responsibilities: > Deliver benchmark customer satisfaction by designing, deploying and supporting sometimes complex network and security solutions. > Work with other Engineers within the company to ensure that customer issues are dealt with appropriately within the agreed timescale. > Document and prioritise customer issues for escalation to appropriate next level / 3rd party. > Work within the agreed service levels to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met through following processes, operational involvement and team working. > Manage own level of technical knowledge development to ensure up-to-date industry standards and trends. > Supporting customers across the UK & Ireland (Travelling and overnight stays required) - Occassional support of our customers Internationally. Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer Essential Skills/Experience: > A good knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/Wireless) including routing and configurations > A good knowledge of security products (Firewall / IPS / Remote Access) > A good broad base in network applications, DNS, DHCP. > A working or good knowledge of the Linux operating system > A working or good knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies. > A Can Do attitude > Excellent communication and telephony skills. > Motivation to take ownership of problems and see them through to a successful conclusion. > Strong organisational and time management skills and able to work under pressure. > Work well in a team but also perform individual tasks/projects at the same time. > Clean Driving Licence and own transport or willingness to travel Benefits: > Salary £30-35,000 depending upon experience > Success orientated bonus > Car Allowance > mobile phone provision > Working in a fast growing company renowned for innovative and leading technology > Personal development through training > Flexible working conditions Application Statement: To apply for the role of Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer - Cyber Security Company simply submit your application (CV and a covering letter).
