Job Description: This is an urgent requirement for someone to work in this busy support team.
We need someone who can fit into a busy, fast paced support department and help to look after Internal and External Customers in a range of Software and Hardware issues. This will include responding to support queries and offering help and advice in these critical areas.
Development of relationships with key contacts will help resolution of issues and the ability to work within departmental frameworks whilst looking to improve processes.
