Job Description: Sales Executive / Service Advisor, motor trade role, call centre position, service reception/Advisor & sales upselling of products and services East Barnet, Hertfordshire £18,000-£20,000 / OTE £28k, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday only An exciting role has come up in this thriving call centre, this is a a growing company looking for a sales executive to join a determined successful team. Although very challenging, the role has huge scope with room to develop within the company.promotions are sometimes available in different departments The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, with a solid career history in the motor industry, with a technical background. They will join a small team in this local call centre, to sell and advise service products and repair work. They must be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to exceed our customers high expectations. Job Description Contact customers to report on their vehicle and update them on progress of work Upsell additional items required on the vehicle Liaise with the garage to obtain reports on the vehicle Monitor the garages prices, efficiency, and relationships Monitor whats required on the vehicle, to ensure the garage is advising the correct items for the vehicles age and mileage Deal with upset customers and rebook in vehicles when necessary. Sell and advise Service Plans Answer calls, book in jobs and deal with general enquiries Deal with general day to day admin duties Requirements: Must have a good understanding of motor vehicles Excellent customer service Must be a team player The ability to relay service information in a clear and professional manner The ability to maximise sales through knowledge and good technique Must have warranty experience Basic computer knowledge is required - to be able to use search tools, browsers, email, Microsoft Word and Excel Training will be provided to use the in house database, but must be a quick learner Must have experience using industry standard technical data (i.e Autodata) Call Chris Parker today at Top Car Recruitment or email Chris direct via the top car recruitment website
