Job Description: Our client, a prestigious tier 1 supplier for the OEM Automotive Industry are currently seeking an innovative Design Engineer to join their team. Supporting candidates world wide this is a very exciting time to join this dynamic team. As a team player within the Design Department, successful candidates will be able to work on their own initiative to design new and exiciting closure systems, hinges and other novel products. Communicating with both internal and external customers, interpersonal skills nad professionalism are a must. Successful candidates must have previous experience with 3D CAD including modelling and 2D drawing creation and ideally I-DEAS, C3P or SDRC, Catia version 4 and unigraphics. Work within an automotive or production- related experience is highly desirable including metal stamping experience and knowledge of DFMEA's and GD&T.
