Job Description: My client is looking to recruit Collections Advisors 7 4 for their contact centre operation based in Binley Coventry. This is a prestigious contact centre which benefits from free car parking and on site restaurant facilities. Candidates must have had previous experience in debt collection/financial background or some sales experience. You MUST be able to demonstrate strong negotiating and influencing skills. Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be beneficial. **PLEASE NOTE** Applicants MUST be able to pass both CRB and credit check for these vacancies. Contact Centre is open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday so you will need to be flexible to work between these hours. 40 hours per week which will include some weekend working. Salary: £15,000 PA
