Working within this busy and dynamic office, you will be assisting in the smooth-running of a spectrum of audio-conferences. You will provide Operational Admin support to the team of Event Coordinators; this includes producing participant lists, preparing audio discs and live recordings, and completing transcriptions. You will be a central point of contact between areas of the business. You will also interact with customers ensuing their requirements are adhered to and their conferences are coordinating to a high quality. Above all you will consistently provide excellent customer service to valuable clients, and be an outstanding representative for the company.This client is an up-and-coming company, excellent to work for, who are stronger than ever during the current economic climate. The company offer a welcoming and supportive working environment as well as fantastic career progression opportunities and an excellent benefit package!As a suitable candidate you must be educated to GCSE level and have:•Work experience in an office, admin or call centre / contact centre environment. •Good admin skills and be computer literate, including Microsoft Office.•Customer Service skills, with evidence of working in a customer-focused role.•Experience dealing with business clients (B2B) would be preferable.•Proven ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure. •Other important qualities are organisation, attention to detail, strong communication skills and reliability.This is a full-time permanent position based in Croydon, Surrey. Hours of work are Monday to Friday shifts between 6:30am – 7:00pm, however flexibility is required to meet customer requirements and bank holiday working may be required.Admin, office, call centre, contact centre, customer service, customer support, operations, call-centre, administration.
