Job Description: Working in the customer service department you will deliver an exceptional and trusted customer experience. You will have experience of delivering customer service to a high level coupled with the ability to take volume calls. Ideally you will have worked in a call centre previously or delivered customer service in a volume call environment. You will need to be computer literate and be able to input customer orders and respond by email to customer requests. You will have the ability to recognise a sales opportunity when communicating with customers. This is not a sales role, however a degree of upselling is to be done within this role. This is a forward looking company with excellent standards. Parking is available on site
