Job Description: Our client is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be required to create design solutions in line with the companys business needs through innovation, creativity and professionalism ensuring that our clients stays at the forefront of their business sector. The Role: You will be required: To design and develop complex mechanical assemblies for new products, product upgrades and engineering projects ensuring they are on time and to budget. Create concept designs for new product development in accordance with the companys objectives Contribute to design review and the release of new products, projects and upgrades. Liaise with customers to provide application and technical information Desired Education and Experience: Ideally educated to degree level Experience and success in taking ideas through concept, development and into production Broad knowledge of mechanical engineering principles including structures and mechanisms Able to demonstrate a proven track record of using CAD packages. Computer skills and knowledge of MS office software packages Hydraulic & Fabrication design experience
