Job Description: Client Executive / Client Relationship Manager – Telecommunications – LondonThis position is a Client Executive (CX) role, responsible for Primary client interface for Hosting & Application Services (H&AS) assigned accounts. Ultimately responsible for account and client satisfaction, Access point to other client resources, departments, and clients, Monitors and helps to manage the progress of client requests, Primary escalation point for any reasons of dissatisfaction, Leads weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to review performance and plan activity, Coordinates access to other client resources, departments, and clients for non-critical issues and Partners closely with client account teams to deliver total account satisfaction. Key aspects of the role involve: Frequent communications with the customer and internal client H&AS support organizations, Expert knowledge of operational support models in place, Business Escalation Point. Awareness of customers service performance & conformance to Service Levels, Expectation management. Report facilitator and present key messages. Ability to work under pressure and when required outside business hours, Proactive approach to avoid issues and risks, Identifying chronic trends and implementing action plans to remediate, Understand your customers services and any critical business usage to enable fact based decision-making by yourself and the organization during problem management, Office/home office based but with ability to travel with overnight stays at short notice Background – The client has recently won a new major account to redevelop the customer websites over the next 2 years.You will be the face of the client on this new account and the senior person on siteClient relationship skills are key – liaising with directors and board levelA consultancy background would be desirableAny involvement in web development projects in desirableThere will be 17 other on site and you will be the senior personAbility to perform internal and external presentations at a high level is essentialYou will need to be available for a series of telephone interviews with senior partners in the US over the Christmas periodThis is a contract job but the client wants someone who is willing to turn permanent after 3 months. Permanent salary will be in the region of £75-80K
