Working within a highly talented team of C# / VB.NET / ASP.NET Web Developers, this Senior Programmer will deliver in a fast-paced, reactive and sometimes unstructured environment, so they must able to call upon their similar experience to react swiftly when issues arise. We'd expect this Senior Developer to bring experience in as many of these areas as possible: .NET4.0, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, jQuery, AJAX, XSLT, very large SQL databases, mobile / smartphone development (iOS, Windows Mobile, Android), TDD, SOA. Although remaining close to the code, this Senior ASP.NET Web Developer will be driving their career towards leadership / management, so they'll have a big role to play in helping the Dev Manager coaching and motivating the team. Having the confidence, personality and gravitas to easily take on senior duties is more important than being the absolute best coder in the team.
