Job Description: We have seen unprecedented success over the last 9 years. We have the IT market conquered and are now looking to take full advantage of our fortunate situation. We are looking for real 'go getters' - individuals who are keen to really put their stamp on this exciting new venture. Due to the diversity of the positions available, there is no firm job spec for this position. We are considering both:1) Experienced consultants within the Software/IT Sales field who are looking to take ownership of such a venture. Successful applicants will be extremely well rewarded for their success (up to 40% commission on all billings plus generous base salary) offering them the opportunity to take future ownership of this venture, as well as hire/recruit their own team to support their business efforts. Expected earnings at this level are in excess of £120,000.OR2) Fresh Talent with a genuine desire to succeed in the Business World. Your overwhelming desire to achieve in combination with our award winning training is only going to prove fruitful for all parties. You will find yourself becoming a real part of an exciting, new venture - the harder you work and the more effort you put in, the quicker you'll develop yourself and in return the more earnings you'll receive. Expected earnings at this level are in excess of £50,000 (year one). In both these instances, the key trait we're looking for is passion ..if you've got passion for sales/business then this quality alone will take you far. Other qualities we look for include: 1) Articulate individuals who are able to put their point across in an informed and succinct manner2) Strong people/relationship building skills - people buy from people so this soft skills could be an incredible strength in the recruitment industry3) Self-Drive and Belief - we all have different motivations, some people are money/earnings related, some people are more concerned about their status within a company. If you're competitive by nature and have the drive, then you'll do well4) Hard work attitude - the job is entrepreneurial by nature .it is therefore never going to be a 9-5 operation.
