Job Description: Wifi business developmentReporting into the Head of Sales, you will have Acquisition, Account Management and sales overlay responsibility for your own portfolio made up from some of OUR WIFI CLIENT's existing and target accounts for this new business stream within OUR WIFI CLIENT. London , Birmingham , Manchester bases In this role you will: background with BT openzone , Boingo , etc Take overall responsibility for the accounts throughout their lifecycle with OUR WIFI CLIENT and lead the creation and delivery of successful strategies that build long term, sustainable relationships. Register and update all Prospects on the CRM tools with the correct data and supporting Sales Academy tools Develop individual Account Development Plans for the top ten prospects using Sales Academy principles to maximise profit, revenue, base growth and tenure Increase and maintain customer satisfaction and to ensure that the individual needs of the customer are met. This will be measured via Customer Satisfaction Interviews (CSI) scores Have the ability to drive results within OUR WIFI CLIENT as per the Sales academy competency Consistently creative in overcoming obstacles Build and maintain an extensive network of contacts across all relevant functions within OUR WIFI CLIENT Able to explain in detail the people and processes involved in the key OUR WIFI CLIENT departments To achieve sales targets and performance objectives as agreed with Head of Sales To engage with the customer at the appropriate levels in order to understand Key Business Drivers and Objectives To consult within the company in order to deliver OUR WIFI CLIENT solutions that meet the companies Key Business Drivers and Objectives To manage all OUR WIFI CLIENT's internal relationships within the company at all levels to drive customer sales. This will include Internal briefings and education of existing Corporate and Business Sales teams; Working within wider sales teams to support the companies JUC approach; Upskilling to understand OUR WIFI CLIENT's wider portfolio of products and services; Present business case to board level on key projects To take full commercial responsibility for:- For all products and services around project Enid- Maximising Value Added Service penetration- Maximising profitable base growth - Minimising churn- Selling new and evolving services Pro-actively work with customer on an ongoing basis to work to re-sign customer before contract expiry. To co-ordinate all internal OUR WIFI CLIENT resources required to complete this successfully. (To prevent the customer going to tender if possible.) Log all customer information including key contacts, meeting dates, minutes of meetings, account development plans, sales methodology tools, etc., onto the CRM database at all times. Accurately forecast all new opportunities and existing business using the available process and systems Keep the Sales Manager informed of weekly activity, account status and relevant account information.Desirable Skills/Attributes Give a brief overview of key criteria. Strong relationship skills with the ability to execute effectively Demonstrably successful track record in building and cultivating business critical relationships Proven experience of meeting sales targets Self-motivated with the ability to execute effectively Experience of building meaningful account development plans.
