Job Description: Web Development Manager Major retail company based in Warwickshire is searching for a Web Development Manager to join their team. Role: Your role within the team as Web Development Manager will be to manage all changes to the website: defining and continuously improving both the customer experience and business applications, and delivering new customer initiatives to step change the businesses. You will work in an agile development environment and be comfortable working with colleagues both in the UK and several other countries. This role will best suit an individual who thrives under pressure, is well organised, pragmatic and a creative lateral thinker, who can manage issues, decisions and multiple stakeholders and most importantly, puts our customers first. Skills/Experience Required: You will have practical development experience of working on website customer experience including (but not limited to) the following aspects: user centred design, usability testing, information architecture, copy management, visual design, UAT You will have development and/or operational knowledge of all areas of: internal and external search online marketing ecommerce mobile web/apps and mobile marketing You will have worked across the full lifecycle of web development projects - define, design, develop and deliver. These will have ideally been in an ecommerce/retail environment. Ideally you will be comfortable working on large scale IT projects working as a product owner in an Agile development environment Salary: Circa £50,000 + Benefits This is a superb opportunity to join a market leading organisation as a web development manager.
