Job Description: CONFIDENTIAL Job Specification Site Engineering Manager Job ref: AZ/20158 Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 Benefits: Full Benefits Packages Location: Gloucestershire Job Responsibilities Site Codal Engineer Ensuring engineering infrastructure and systems are resourced and in compliance Site Capital Program Manager Define and implement site capital programme Ensure projects are implemented to cost, quality, schedule and compliance Manage construction and engineering contracts effectively Provide technical support to the Utilities team Essential Experience Degree educated Substantial project experience Experience of leading multidisciplinary project teams including design contractors and site teams Experience of leading energy improvement programmes Must have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency Strong communication skills and proven success in communicating effectively with all levels Proven leadership capability Excellent problem solving skills Desirable Experience Chartered Engineer Experience of leading process hazards analysis studies Established in 1975 Listgrove provides comprehensive recruitment and human resource support to companies involved in plastics, packaging, petrochemical, environmental and energy sectors.
