Job Description: Business Analyst - Insurance. A Leading International Insurance company who is undergoing a huge global program of business transformation is looking to multiple business analysts. There are over a 100 projects scheduled for next year across all areas of the business.They have invested a huge amount in training and staff development and are looking to create a sustainable team where people can develop their careers at the company. You will be constantly rotated and not left in a silo, career development is one of the major selling points of this role.Role: Business Analyst Team Leader - InsuranceLocation: CrawleySalary: £40 - £46k base + 30% benefits package Key Skills: Business Analysis, Commercial Insurance, Client Facing, Your Role As Business AnalystYou will define the business requirements and explore a systems solutionYou will be very client facing and you will be facing off to the business at various levels.You will be working on global projects across multiple countriesYou will take the lead in defining and gathering business requirementsbuild the business case and assess the pre-project feasibility of business requirementsYou will become a SME in your key specialist business areaBuild key relationships with the key business stakeholdersYour ExperienceBackground in commercial insurance is strongly preferred but we would look at candidates with personal insurance experienceMust have worked at some stage of their career on global projectsDocumentation of business requirements and involvement in the full development lifecycle.Leading & managing the requirement & analysis phases of the software development lifecycleCommunicating with all level of both business and IT teamsExperience with outsourcing and external third-party suppliers/partners.Any experience of UML, BPMN or Six Sigma will be highly regarded.Experience of vendor management would be beneficial
