The Bupa Health and Wellbeing Change Function is responsible for the delivery of Transformational Change across the business and the department plays a key role in the delivery of our current strategy. There is currently a great opportunity to join this successful Change Function as a Business Change Consultant. In this role you’ll be supporting Senior Business Change Managers or Project Managers in the management or delivery of business analysis and process change within projects and programmes. Assignments will involve the delivery of Business Analysis, Process Engineering & Process Improvement, and Business Architecture. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with Project Management, Programme Office Management and Release Acceptance Testing. Business Change initiatives involve managing and supporting Projects and/ or Programmes across the entire project lifecycle within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality. Key Responsibilities Supporting senior management by undertaking or leading Business Analysis within the BHW business environment, including the drawing up of requirements specifications, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models and supporting the preparation of business cases. Analysing business processes to identify alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches ensuring there is a business perspective on how new technology capabilities will be delivered into the business. Supporting senior management in developing and maintaining the BHW business architecture and ensuring that Change initiatives are aligned with this. Assisting with the definition of acceptance tests to facilitate UAT and the management of offshore testing resources. Taking appropriate action where project performance deviates from agreed tolerances and recommending solutions to rectify situations and manage stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress and issues. Specific Skills Project Management qualification (APM Intro/APMP or equivalent) and/or PRINCE2 Foundation qualified with suitable post qualification experience. Proven knowledge & experience of Agile/Waterfall and other project management methodologies. Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering business analysis within an Agile project, scrum team or change initiative. Experience of supporting complex projects and Functional business areas in business analysis, together with project and technical aspects of project leadership and delivery. Ability to lead teams in matrix management environments. Accomplished facilitator & communicator with the ability to influence decisions at management levels in an organisation. Ability to persuade and influence customer opinion. Awareness and understanding of current Bupa Business and Technical developments. Good analytical, inter-personal and presentation skills. Demonstrable experience in data interrogation and data analysis skills Why Work For Us?
