Global Investment Bank based in London, currently seeking an experienced Java Developer, who boasts strong Java J2EE, MQ Series and Multithreaded Development experience. Working on the development of real-time payment systems, in a complex and high volume environment, this role offers a mix of technical and business exposure. The successful candidate will work closely with the business, gathering and discussing requirements, before going on to design and development business critical, complex applications. The team is currently undergoing large expansion plans, and has various short term goals as well as global plans. An experienced Java Developer is required to support the business through the development of strategic IT projects. Skills Required: Core Java Development MQ Series Web Development JDBC Unix Strong Middleware experience Successful candidate will ideally have financial experience, and will have knowledge of payment systems.
