Job Description: Software Website Tester Contract Job Title: Software Tester Contract Location: Stoke on Trent Day Rate: 300 p/day We are currently recruiting for a contract Software Tester on behalf of our client in Stoke on Trent.Their testing environment is fast paced and requires the highest level of quality and accuracy meaning a motivated, flexible and proactive approach. Your daily duties will include:- ·Produce test documentation (test plans and test scripts) to agreed standards. ·Conduct quality testing on projects and issues to agreed processes and timescales. ·Report defect accurately and manage through to successful resolution. ·Report testing progress to Test Manager communicating effectively and escalating where appropriate. Knowledge of ecommerce web testing accross multi-language, multi functional sites. Initially a 3-6 month contract but with a high chance of extension. You must show a valid contribution to projects and be able to show initiative and commitment to previous roles you have worked.
