Job Description: Mathematical Modeller / Modelling & Simulation - Oxford - £30k - £60k - Modelling / Simulation / Computational Fluid Dynamics / Flow Physics / Physics / Mathematics / Engineering / Scientific Software / Oil & Gas / C++My client is a leading scientific organisation that specializes in developing complex modelling & simulation products that are used within the oil & gas industry. Due to continual business success they now require a number of Mathematical Modellers to work on an oil reservoir simulator that models the physics of fluid flows underground and in pipes. You'll also be required to understand scientific papers and efficiently implement the algorithms described. Although not essential any additional experience with C++ would be highly beneficial.As a Mathematical Modeller you will be required to have very strong physics, maths or engineering skills and also come from a strong academic background with a BSc, MSc or PhD in a related discipline.This is an opportunity to work for a technology driven company that strives to be at the forefront of technological development.
