Female Support Worker Job Details

Salary: £7.00-£8.00 per hour dependant on qualifications

Support Workers are required to support deafblind people to maintain an independent lifestyle e.g. to widen the areas of experience for deafblind people by enabling them to make meaningful choices, reducing isolation and improving access to information, communication and mobility and provide support in all aspects of daily living.

In Everton, Liverpool we have 12 support hours available per week. This role would require the successful candidate to support a wheelchair user who also requires personal care. Additional hours are often available to cover new service users, annual leave and sickness cover.

These support hours are required for an immediate start. Full training will be provided to the successful candidates in order to support service users and to communicate.
