Job Description: ORACLE R12 / HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ANALYST / ORACLE HCM SUPPORT ANALYST / R12 / HRMS / ORACLE TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT £60,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits (Healthcare / Pension / Bonus / 33 Days holiday) Our Client is a high profile European Group of Companies now looking for an Oracle HCM Support Analyst to join their existing Oracle Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for Meeting & Supporting the growing needs of HR, Payroll & Finance Users within their companies throughout Europe. They are seeing an increase the number of companies and Users running Oracle HCM R12, thereby increasing the scope of the Support Team during the coming years. You will Provide Advice & Guidance regarding the Efficient Use of Oracle HCM Modules & their Configuration, providing Software Changes & Enhancements to Meet Changes in Functionality. Initially you will work as part of Project Team to Implement Oracle HCM in the UK working alongside Internal Colleagues & Third-Party Consultants to Design, Implement & Test Modules of the Oracle HCM Suite. Then you will move into an ongoing Support role, providing Technical & Functional Support to Users of the System. Once Live with the Oracle HCM System, you will work with our User Community to recommend and implement better use of the Applications whilst taking a leading role in Managing & Driving these Changes, including Process Analysis & Redesign. Key Responsibilities of the role will include: Provide Oracle Human Capital Management Technical & Functional Support to Users throughout Europe; initially UK. Provide IT Technical Support & Developments Related to Oracle HCM, i.e. System Administration, Desktop Set Ups, FTP Issues, Interfaces, Running SQL Queries, etc. Follow a rigorous process to Troubleshoot & Resolve each incident. The aim being to address each incident within the Target Resolution Time. Provide Advice & Guidance on Efficient Use & Configuration of Oracle HCM. Test Software Patches & Upgrades. Able to Lead & Support Users in this Testing. Provide Support to Oracle HCM Reports & Processes, using Reporting Tools such as Business Objects etc. Able to Design, Write, Implement & Support Current & New BI Reports. Develop, Test & Implement Functionality Changes. Develop, Test & Implement Technical Changes. Test & Implement Legislative & Fiscal Changes. Able to Design, Develop & Support Fast Formula Changes. Work with Project Teams on future Upgrades & Implementations of Oracle Applications. To Advise / Guide on Security Setup within Oracle HCM. Identify & Implement Enhancements to Improve Usage of Oracle HCM. Key Skills & Experiences required for the role will include: Must have Oracle R12 Good experience of Oracle Human Capital Management / Oracle HRMS preferably within Support role. Strong & Detailed Knowledge of Oracle HCM Functionality & Key Business Processes, including Self-Service HR (Manager & Employee). Excellent Functional & Technical Knowledge of HCM & System Administration. Extensive experience of Oracle HCM Application & Technical Support, including Interfaces. Extensive experience of BI Reporting. Good working knowledge of Oracle Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, PO is required. Good SQL experience to include Ability to Read & Write Good Queries. Good knowledge of Solaris and / or AIX. Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Database & Schemas. Good knowledge of Elements & Links, Fast Formulas, Work Structures, Security Profiles, KFF / DFF, Self Service Personalisation, Oracle Workflows. Good Knowledge of PL/SQL and able to Design, Develop & Support Fast Formulas & other Customisations. Ensure that Known Errors are correctly Classified & that Recovery Procedures are Documented & Shared with other Team Members. Able to work Flexibly & Collaboratively in Team. Process Analysis / Process Re-engineering. Able to Create & Maintain Quality Documentation. Strong Interpersonal Skills between Peers, Customers & Third Parties.
