Job Description: SQL Treatment AnalystGreater ManchesterA leading telecommunications company in Greater Manchester is looking for an SQL Treatment Analyst to improve database systems and reduce incoming calls from customers. The SQL Treatment Analyst will recognise that Data fixes are not just a clean up of existing issues but are also a way of pro-actively resolving issues, where data is incorrect but a customer has not yet been overtly impacted. Traceable results are expected with reportable reduction in the volume of calls into the call centre, less faults tickets into operations resulting in reduced operational overhead.The SQL Treatment Analyst will be responsible for:-Monitoring and analysing trends to identify issues-Understanding all aspects of particular products to appreciate the implications of issues highlighted by monitoring.-Providing effective configuration management services to the department, ensuring decisions are recorded, risks and issues documented and plans are maintainedThe SQL Treatment Analyst will have the following key skills:-SQL to analyse data and make data and script changes understanding the consequences of changing parameters.-Data Analysis-Experience dealing with large transaction systems.
