Job Description: TXM Healthcare are currently searching for a ward manager with experience in learning disabilities in helping in developing its services with a focus on female service users with specialist mental health needs. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative forward thinking team. You will lead the development and delivery of our Female Low Secure Learning Disabilities specialist service. This innovative new post provides an ideal opportunity for a dynamic & experienced person to lead and manage an effective high quality therapeutic Learning Disability service from the front. You would manage the clinical performance of the ward staff, ensuring the quality and commissioning targets for the service are achieved. You will lead on the development for the service and ensure that working practices are underpinned by best clinical evidence and individualised programme of care are tailored in line with recovery approach. It is an essential requirement that you have substantial experience working with service users with learning disability.
