Senior Java Developer Job Details

Montash Associates are retained by a leading Hedge Fund to retain a senior Front Office Java Developer. The Java developer will need a strong background, ideally in the finance sector and an excellent working knowledge of Spring, Maven and GWT (Google Web Toolkit) Web user interface technology. Ideal candidates will have an exposure to Emerging Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives with a history of excellent java development skills. The java developer will be joining a front office team, designing and developing tools for the Front Office Portfolio Managers and Traders.

Skills:

- Excellent Java development skills
- Strong Spring, Maven and GWT Exposure
- A working knowledge of Apache Thrift, protocol buffers, C++ or python would be preferred
- The ideal developer will have an exposure to finance within Emerging markets, Fixed Income or Derivatives.
