Job Description: Sap Functional Managers/Team Leaders needed for market leading consultancy and global player in the SAP market. We are looking for individuals with functional experience in FI/CO, HCM, SCM & SD. If you want to work in a varied environment where the clients are different and offer multiple challenges then this could be for you. Working in a client facing role you will be responsible for managing the client expectation whilst managing a small team. To be successful in this role you have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively from the grass roots of a company up to board level.
As a Team Leader/Manager you will have at least 8 years SAP experience all in front line SAP development and Implementation of FI/CO, HCM, SCM or SD solutions, supporting SAP FI/CO, HCM, SCM or SD will not be enough to be successful in this role. You will have at minimum 4 years experience as a Functional consultant working on one or a combination of the following modules FI/CO, HCM, SCM or SD based projects. You will have a minimum of 2 years as a senior or a team lead in charge of a small team and be looking for that next step up the career ladder.
You will as a SAP Functional Manager/Team Lead be responsible for the following while on client site:
a) Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
b) Analysing and assuring quality of the data collected
c) Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritised gaps
d) Supervising business architecture and process design activities
e) Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
f) Supervising business architecture implementation activities
g) Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
h) Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
i) Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
As Strong SAP Functional Managers and Team Leaders are scare in Australia the client is able to sponsor for this role. However to receive sponsorship you must hold a certified bachelors degree from a recognised university and you must have excellent written and spoken English conversational skills. If you do not have a degree or are not fluent with English unfortunately you can not be considered for this role.
