Job Description:  Sales Account Manager / Sales Business Development ( Utilities, Controls Systems, SCADA, RTU's ) needed. We are looking for a competent Sales / Business development Manager who ideally has a background in the utility ( Water, Oil, Gas & Electricity) industry. The role of Sales Business Development Manager will involve sourcing, and opening multi channels in major company accounts and delivering sales / business growth against targets. It is essential that all candidates are able to show experience of selling Business to Business ( B2B ) within the Utilities sector. You will have exposure in infiltrating clients, networking and assessing the clients needs to provide products and solutions that fall in line with the company's services. All candidates must have proven sales / business development, Customer Relationship Management, Sales forecasting, and client facing skills. Due to the nature of the role, the required candidate will be entrepreneurial and driven to bring on new market areas. The successful candidate will also be target driven and aware of all target related processes. This is a very sales consultancy type of role relying on building and harvesting key contact and clients. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to selling PLC's, SCADA and RTU outstations. Knowledge of SCADA and exposure of the utility (Oil, Gas & Electricity) markets is ideal. All candidates will be currently working within a similar capacity at present and be looking for an extended challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer a highly competitive base salary, car or car allowance, bonus and career progression. Although this role is based in the west midlands, it is possible that candidates can be home based a few days a week and on client site.
