Job Description: Great vacancy for Mechanical Design Draughtsperson who has some electrical knowledge. Based with a well established Derby company, you would be working on products destined for the mining and petrochemical industries and be responsible for the electro-mechanical design and documentation of new products and modifications / upgrades of existing products. The company utilizes a 3D CAD package and candidates should have some kind of appreciation of engineering processes including: fabrication, pressure die casting, sand casting, injection moulding, sheet metal work, etc. A basic understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, PCB assemblies and associated packaging would also be of benefit.
