Job Description: Do you have previous Banking/Building Society experience and looking for a new and challenging position? Do you want to work for one of the UKs leading and most reputable Building Societies who pride themselves on their high standard of Customer Service? Our Client is a leading Building Society looking for a Savings and Service Advisor to join the friendly team, based in the Bristol area. You will be a professional and driven individual, providing an excellent level of service to the Society's members by identifying and satisfying their needs by promoting and selling the Societys wide range of financial products. This requires adopting a personal approach to Customer Service through one-to-one advisory meetings to discuss the customers individual financial needs. You will also be required to identify opportunities for Mortgage Advisors and other in-branch consultants. This is a supportive and professional company that firmly believe in looking after their staff and actively encourage training, development and progression You will be a committed person, able to promote and sell their wide range of financial products to customers within the branch and over the telephone. To succeed you will need a professional approach to Customer Service, as well as proven sales experience. Building Society or Banking experience is essential. Ideal candidates will also: Be hard-working committed and eager to learn Have excellent Customer Service skills, face-to-face A confident, approachable and motivational nature Proven sales experience, working to targets This is a friendly supportive and professional company that firmly believes in looking after its staff. This is a full time permanent position working 36.25 hours per week, Monday Friday, including 3 out of 4 Saturday mornings per month.
