It`s an exciting time to be joining the tech team - you`ll have the chance to have a significant impact on the shape of a large number of internal and external systems, and there`s an opportunity to make your role within the team fit your particular brand of Ruby on Rails skills. What they`re looking for are individuals who have good experience of Ruby on Rails (2.3 and 3+), who enjoy life both in and outside of the office, and who are keen to join a sociable team of Ruby enthusiasts - many of which are active members in the Ruby/Rails communities. Experience of CouchDB, MongoDB, ECMAScript (or JQuery), Git and Agile/Scrum is preferred, and if you`ve worked on large-scale websites with significant traffic then that would be perfect. The company are committed to TDD/BDD, so applicants with previous experience of the associated tools/methods will be looked upon favorably.
