Job Description: Infrastructure Support / Service Desk Analyst (Windows 7, Office 2010, Active Directory, Exchange, ITIL). Global investment firm based in South West London is seeking a talented Microsoft specialist to support the internal infrastructure across two sites (the other is Central London). You will lead the delivery of IT support to all staff including investment professionals, operations staff and software developers ensuring quality targets are reached and maintained.
