Job Description: My client, a well established and very successful fleet hire company is currently seeking to recruit an experienced HGV Tail Lift Engineer to work on a mobile basis in and around the Leeds area. Working from home, you will be required to visit my clients customers and undertake routine servicing and running repairs to the tail lifts on their substantial fleet of vehicles.To qualify for this role, you must be familiar with tail lift repairs and preferably have a Loler certificate, if your certificate has lapsed then you will be re-trained with a view to renewing your certificate.The standard working week is 39 hour over five days from six Monday - Friday, there is consistent overtime available and other engineers occupying an identical role are working up to 50 hours per week. One week in four you will also be on call, you will be paid £15 per day just for being on call + a further £15 if called out + payment for the hours you work, if you have already completed 8 hours on a day that you are called out, you will be paid at time and a half.With your standard 39 hours, overtime and call out`s, the successful applicant can expect to earn over £35000 per year.
