Job Description: There was a time when Ludlow was innundated with 3AAR, Michelin Star restaurants. Nowadays the 'names' have moved out and they are far and few between. This Palladian style Georgian Mansion still flies the standard. They are looking for a sous chef to join their 6 strong brigade offering 3AA Rosette food to 40 diners or functions up to 200 at which time the restaurant closes. Functions can be weekly in the summer but far lest frequent in the winter.
