Job Description:  Portfolio Assurance Manager Insurance A leading insurance organisation is seeking a Portfolio Manager to manage the delivery of business change across the change portfolio. The key requirements and responsibilities include: Solid track record as a senior portfolio manager working across governance, templates and processes, assessor role definitions and production of training materials. Create regular assurance plans on complex projects with high value and ensure they are regularly assessed. Experience returning projects to delivery health and agreeing recovery plans. Train stakeholders, project managers and assessors on the portfolio assurance framework. Experience in training and mentoring project managers. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
