Job Description:  An exciting opportunity for a Service Management Analyst has arisen with my large client in Peterborough. Working with the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing internal desktop support to users, and also co-ordinating IT Services internally. Duties;Supporting the Service Delivery Manager on all Service Management tasksBe the first point of contact for business usersDesktop SupportProvide a supporting role on IT projectsIdentify and improve processesCreate reports Key Skills Required;Good technical awareness (IT Support background useful)Strong ITIL knowledge (ideally Certified)Excellent customer service skillsKnowledge of Service ManagementWillingness to learnHighly organisedExcellent communication skills  Only applicants eligible to work in the UK should apply.
