Job Description: CONFIDENTIAL Job Specification Project Manager Job ref: AZ/18811 Salary: - £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Northamptonshire Main Purpose: Projects manage from design conception through to manufacture of interior products to the Automotive industry. Having recently gained new long-term business from a range of existing clients, we have an opportunity for an exceptional Project Manager to join the business. Within the scope of Quality, Cost, and Delivery, you will be responsible for the Project Management and delivery of key milestones, for the projects from development through to production launch. Key tasks of the role will include Delivering a cost-effective product within the budget parameters of the project. You will translate the client's specifications into solutions compatible with existing manufacturing process capabilities and technical strategies, and provide robust plans that meet the clients specifications in terms of performance, delivery and quality. To fulfil this challenging position, you will need to have extensive Automotive experience within a Plastics environment, ( injection moulding), and have knowledge of Mould Tooling - preferably complex assemblies and injection moulding. You will have a strong character and be in the possession of key attributes including honesty, integrity, and above all be a team player. We are looking for a natural leader that will remain professional and motivated at all times. When dealing with the customer whether internally or externally. Job Content: Control Plans Process FMEA Process Instructions Problem Tracking / solving Procurement of facilities, jigs and fixtures Visual aids Review and maintain MRP (ERP) system.
