Job Description: My client is a global, market leading Organisation based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Support Analyst, to join their highly successful Helpdesk Support team. My client is extremely well reputed with a strong customer base and track record. They are looking to drive forward their IT function by bringing a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and driven Helpdesk Support Analyst into the business. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst your responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to: * Providing 1st / 2nd line support for 700+ users based all over the UK * Respond quickly and efficiently to software/hardware related user support calls. * Covering out of hours support on a weekly rota basis with the rest of the team * Remotely troubleshooting desktop problems, Multimedia PC's, profile issues and general user based fault finding. Essential skills: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Flexible to travel to different UK sites * At least basic experience of providing technical support * Minimum of 1 year experience in a phone based role Desirable Skills: * Exposure to Citrix applications and networking * Experience on a service desk and remote troubleshooting This is a great time for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join the team and open up a career path in IT Support.
