Job Description: Air Conditioning & Building Services Engineer My client are recruiting for a Air Conditioning / Multi Skilled Building Services to cover contracts in London & Western Home Counties The engineer will be expected to come from a air conditioning, or M&E background with previous knowledge of looking after large commercial buildings. We need engineers with C&G F Gas 2079 or CITB J11 qualification. Electrical certificate - 17th / 16th, C&G 2391, etc Attributes For this role: Someone not afraid to take owner ship of his work Able to organise & order parts on site Confident & professional manner Other preferred qualifications - NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Ref & AC NVQ / C&G in Heating & Ventilation NVQ / C&G in Mech Engineering Knowledge of the following is desired - AHU's, FCU' s, Splits, VRV's, Chillers, VAV, Pumps, Motors, Lighting, Single & 3 Phase Electrics & ideally BMS
