Job Description: A Commercial Gas/Boiler Engineer with very good A/C experience is need to join a NW London based facilities company. These should be based ideally in the N London area and will be expected to cover central & greater London. All the contracts are within the commercial sector - offices, shops, etc. Gas / Boiler / A/C Engineers must have - Commercial Gas Safe Qualification - COCN1 or CoDNCO1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, ICAE1, CIGA1, etc Domestic Safe is an added bonus. F Gas Safe handling certificate Health & Safety Training Working Duties: Basic maintenance, Service Fault finding and repair General mechanical & electrical experience, on other building services would be an added advantage. Experienced On The Following: Boilers Burners Pressurisation Units Air & Water Heaters Heating Plant & Pipework VRV / VRF / Splits AHU's / FCU's In return is a competitive salary, plus OT, vehicle, call outs & package.
