Job Description: This outstanding 4 Star de luxe hotel and spa boasts a 4AA Rosette, Michelin Starred restaurant as well as its other outlets. There are 28 covers served by 6 chefs under an outstanding head chef. This pastry chef position pays £21k so it would ideally suit a chef de partie to junior sous pastry chef. Previous Michelin Star experience will be preferred but a Head Pastry Chef at 2AA Rosette level who wishes to take a step backwards in order to go forward will be considered. However the background needs to be in solid top of the range 2AA Rosette property and should be supported by menus, photographs and preferably good competition results. The position is live out.
