Job Description: This 3AA Rosette restaurant is run separate to the hotel so there are definitely no breakfasts or afternoon teas or bar food to attend to. What you and the others in the 6 strong brigade will have to attend to is ensuring that the 45 diners will have the best dining experience in South Wales, especially bearing in mind that the venue hosts international Golf events and has many celebrity guests. There is accommodation if needed at £70 per week. You will enjoy the same two days off each week so you can build a social life too. You will need previous experience at CDP or above, at least to 2AA Rosette level and preferably at 3AA Rosette level. Salary is quite good for the area paying between £16k and £18.5k You must have an absolute right to work in the UK and the necessary background to apply.
