Job Description: Automotive, Motor Trade Job: Customer Service Advisor / Experience Manager Required in Slough, Berkshire. Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 Per Annum Term: Full Time, Permanent Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Experience Manager Required in Slough. This role requires a candidate who is used to working for a high-end employer, where the customers demand the best of both service and product. Ideal transferable skills will include: * Customer Facing Service * Face to Face Sales * Service Provider * Concierge Service * Reception work * Client Relations * Expectation Manager Our client is a Prestige Main Car Dealer in the Slough area, and they are currently looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Experience Manager for their busy Dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a very successful dealer group with a prestige brand in a state of the art Showroom. Your duties will consist mainly of telephone work speaking to clients to confirm bookings, dealing with enquiries and taking the opportunity to sell where you appropriate to your customers, you will also have ad hoc admin duties as the job requires. Customer service is of the utmost importance and you will need to be very focused on providing a first class experience to your customers. You will ideally live within the Berkshire area or be able to travel to the Slough area and ideally have a working experience of a Main Dealer, however this is not essential.
