Job Description: Client Service / Client Reporting Analyst - Investment Banking, London Our client, a Global Banking Corporation has earned its reputation as a leader by successfully meeting the changing needs of their customers for more than 200 years. Currently they are seeking a Client Service / Client Reporting Analyst Client Service Analyst To answer client and consultant queries accurately and in a timely manner managing expectations actively as appropriate. To complete Audit requests in a timely and accurate manner managing expectations as appropriate. To facilitate as appropriate due diligence questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner. To facilitate the on-boarding of clients in conjunction with the New Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator To ensure each new change event is fully implemented across the various platforms to ensure a smooth transition into the Client Service department. To review and sign off client invoices in a timely and accurate manner. To attend client and RM Meetings as appropriate To help support the RM team on the completion of documentation relevant to your client allocation To run relevant reports from the various systems and ensure they are consistent with those in the client reports To ensure ONYX is updated accurately and reviewed annually To manage risk actively in the department To lease with the Client relationship Management team on all issues or client requests as appropriate To understand the systems and information downloaded from them in order to ensure accuracy and consistency of data To ensure detailed and timely updates are given in respect of reports and any pertinent delays To work on ad hoc projects as and when required To ensure metrics are kept up to date and accurate Maintain a Best practice approach Essential Product and/or Systems Knowledge Microsoft Excel. Client Reporting Systems. Knowledge of client reporting and analysing accounting and performance data. Good client service experience.
